The Anchor Boys is the section for the youngest boys in the company.
The Section is staffed by an experienced team of female officers and often by an older senior boy who is working for his Queen’s Badge.
The Anchor Boys provides the first step on the boys’ progress in the Boys’ Brigade. They do a number of activities including learning bible stories, as well as playing sport, team games and taking their first badges.
The Anchor Boys march with the company and band as part of our Church Parade.
The Battalion usually hold an activity afternoon for all the Anchor Boys of the Battalion. This helps them to realise they are part of a bigger organisation.
