Welcome to the 3rd Bromley Boys’ Brigade. We are part of the youth work of Orpington Baptist Church and have been since 1933.

At the 3rd Bromley Boys’ Brigade we operate all sections of the Boys’ Brigade; Anchors, Juniors, Company and Seniors, so whatever your age, we’ve got something going on for you. We’re a very welcoming company and would love you to join us.

The different sections meet at the church and provide activities, games and challenges for the boys including games, awards, camps and for the older boys the band. Our band has been a key part of our activities for many years and is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and have fun.

If you are interested in joining, then we’d love to here from you via our Contact Us page.

The company is run by volunteers and ensuring that we are able to operate takes money. If you would like to help us to raise money to keep the company operating you can do so whenever you shop online. You simply have to do your online shopping via Easy Fundraising: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/3rdbromleybb/

The Boys’ Brigade (the BB) is a Christian, Uniformed, Youth Organisation for Boys. It was founded in 1883 byWilliam Alexander Smith at the Woodside Mission Hall in Glasgow. It continues to provide access to a range of activities for boys of all ages.

The Object of the BB is:
The Advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards true Christian manliness.

NOTE TO PARENTS:
We are a Christian youth organisation which seeks to train and develop young men from 5 years old through the difficult teenage years into manhood. All the staff are experienced and hold a number of Boys’ Brigade qualifications for the activities that are undertaken. Being responsible for the welfare of the young people in our care we ensure all our helpers are of good character and are sympathetic to our object.
