Battalion Camp is a highlight of the year for both boys and staff across the Battalion. It gives everyone an opportunity to get together and join in a range of activities including go-karting, football, cricket, 10-pin bowling, golf, visits etc. Boys from across the Battalion form new friendships together in beautiful surroundings. Whilst fun and games is a key part of the week, it is also an opportunity to learn more about the Christian Faith in an informal environment.
Bromley Battalion has run a summer camp for the boys of Bromley at various venues since 1946.
For more than 40 years those camps have been based at the Battalion site at Whitecliff Bay on the Isle of Wight. In that time the Battalion site management committee has invested in the site by adding toilets, hot showers, a purpose built cookhouse and quartermasters stores as well as our own tents. For those interested in hiring the site, details can be found at: http://www.bbcampsite.co.uk/
